How it works

- Please read our Terms & Conditions, during the booking process you will be asked to confirm you have read them.
- If you would like to hire a 'tracker' please select this 'add on' in the booking page before selecting the date/time.
- Hourly session times are:
9.15-10.15am, 10.30-11.30am, 11.45-12.45am, 1-2pm, 2.15-3.15pm, 3.30-4.30pm, 4.45-5.45pm, 6-7pm
- There is a 15 minute break between bookings to ensure no cross over of dogs or vehicles - this is not free time but it does mean you get your full hour.
- Own a 'banned breed'? Please read our T&Cs and contact me before booking.
Book your slot and pay
Go to the 'Bookings' page
- Select from the available options
- Select date(s) and time(s)
- Multiple bookings available select 'Add Time' or 'Recurring'
- Complete the details requested

- Payment is taken at time of booking by debit/credit card - info: click here
- 1 and 2 hour options available - if you would like more time please book consecutive slots.
- Options are available up to 8 dogs, more dogs are allowed but please contact me prior to booking. We are limited to 2 cars by 'planning'.

Email Confirmation
You will receive an immediate confirmation email.

Tracker Hire - if you have added a tracker to your booking you will receive a further email (normally within 24hrs of your booking) with information about the app. If you do not receive this email, please check you 'junk' box.

Arrival & First Time
The first time you book you will be met on arrival for a quick briefing. Please do not to arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your session start time.
If you do arrive early please wait inside your vehicle next to the car port until the previous booking has vacated the car park area.
If there are any vehicles in the car park at the start of your booked time please do not enter the gates and call me immediately on 07739 423 998
During your visit
Dogs must be kept on a lead in the carpark at all times and until within your booked area.
All 'poop must be scooped' and placed in the correct bins.
Children must be supervised at all times. The equipment is designed for dogs and must
not
be climbed on by humans of any age.
If you see or find anything of concern please let us know as soon as possible
Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise at an acceptable level.
End of your visit
Please ensure all 'poop' and any rubbish is placed in the correct bins before you leave.
All areas must be vacated and dogs loaded into your vehicle by the end of your booked session.
